UPESEAT 2017- Complete Details


UPESEAT 2017 will be conducted by UPES, Dehradun. It is a university level entrance exam conducted for the admission of the candidates in B. Tech programs. There are 37 different programs offered by the University. All the other details related to the exam are provided below.

UPESEAT Important Dates:

The application form for the exam will be available from the first week of November 2016. The candidates can submit their applications till the first week of May 2017. The admit card for the registered candidates will be available in the second week of May 2017 and the exam will be conducted in the third week of the same month. The result for the exam will be released in the first week of June 2017 and the counseling will be starting in the third week of June 2017.

UPESEAT Eligibility Criteria:

The candidates must first check their eligibility for the exam, prior to filling the application form. As the ineligible candidates are not allowed to appear in UPESEAT, therefore it is necessary for the candidates to satisfy all the eligibility conditions first.
The conditions required to be fulfilled are:

For Examination Pathway (UPESEAT):
  • The candidates must have completed their class XII with the minimum of 60% marks.
  • They must have also secured an aggregate of 60% in PCM in class XII.
For Non Examination Pathway (Board Merit and JEE Main Merit):
  • In Board merit, minimum 80% marks in class X and XII and minimum aggregate marks of 80% in PCM at class XII.
  • In JEE Merit, the candidates must have passed class X and XII with the minimum of 60% marks and should have also scored an aggregate of 60% in PCM.
Age Criteria:
The birth date of the candidates must be on or after 1 October 1995.


The candidates those who are eligible for UPESEAT 2017 can submit their completely filled application form till the last date. The form will be available via online mode on the official website. It is expected to be released in the first week of November 2016. The candidates will have to provide all the details correctly in the application form. They will also have to pay the application fee as without it the form will be considered incomplete.

Application Fee-
The candidates will have to submit an application fee of 1850/- if they are paying via DD or online mode. If the candidates are paying via cash, they will have to submit 1750/- only. After the submission of the form, the candidates are advised to take a printout of their submitted form and fee receipt as well.

SSC CHSL Application form 2018 Details

Staff Selection Commission has released the SSC CHSL registration dates on its main website. No other details are available now. SSC CHSL 2018  will be held in the month of April 2019. Eligible candidates will be able to send their online  CHSL Application Form  through the official website of SSC from  03 November to 30 November 2018 .  Candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria before filling the application form. If any ineligible candidates submit the application form of SSC CHSL then their forms will be rejected without any prior notification.  Candidates need to pay the application fee and upload the scanned images of the recent photograph and signature in order to complete the registration form. No hard copy of the SSC CHSL application form 2018 will be accepted through post.

IES Application form 2018- Complete details

The IES Application form is likely to be released shortly. The online registration window can be accessed from 27 September 2017 to 23 October 2017 .  Between this duration, candidates have to submit the two part of registration form without any error.  UPSC will release the online application form on www.upsconline.nic.in. Aspirants are advised to read the eligibility norms before filling the ESE Application form because forms of ineligible candidates will be rejected without any prior information.
